This is your chance to have your film brought to life by the Brixton Screen Academy and premiered at our Official Launch in 2025 – plus, you’ll earn an IMDb credit! All you need to do is submit your film pitch in just 280 characters. If you’re selected as a finalist, you’ll get to pitch your idea to our panel of judges, at London's iconic Ritzy Brixton.
Brixton Film Festival is all about creating a space where underrepresented voices are heard, valued, and amplified. We’re building a platform for intergenerational exchange, sparking conversations between generations and capturing the diverse experiences, challenges, and dreams of the local global majority. Through storytelling, we strengthen community bonds, resilience, and empowerment, while contributing to wider discussions around social change and justice.
